Steve is an accomplished guitarist who has been performing throughout the midwest for the past 35 years. He is also one of the original members of the Powder River Band. In his years as a guitarist, he has performed as the guitarist for Billy Walker, Hank Thompson, Jack Green, and remembers moments like sitting on the Tour Bus with Ernest Tubb and the Texas Troubadours. Steve grew up listening to Don Rich (the guitarist for Buck Owens) and proudly plays a duplicate silver sparkle telecaster, almost identical to Don's guitar. His dedication to keeping country music alive through the years has been seen through dance halls all across the state of Kansas.
